Tech Mahindra has an ongoing process of recruiting freshers. Their SLA for a recruit to start productivity is 3 months. The challenge was to equip the recruits with the necessary non-technical skills which included communication and soft skills even before they were onboard with the company

Commsure went ahead to design and develop a New Hire On boarding Program which included assembling a high-caliber project team of internal SMEs and immediately began conducting rapid design sessions to develop a suite of web-based multi-media training courses that include interactive learning scenarios and knowledge-check activities, on a range of topics including

  • Corporate Communication
  • Corporate Writing Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Personal Effectiveness
  • Professional etiquette

All of the training courses in the New Hire On boarding Curriculum were delivered successfully, and included voiceover narration, animation, interactive knowledge activities, assessments, branching learning scenarios, and learning validation exercises.
